More calls from Google. Rent the jobs — or own the site.
Two ways a trades business gets found with Orivant. We build and own local lead sites that rank for a trade in a town, and the operator rents the flow of enquiries. Or we build your own website — registered in your name, set up to turn searches into booked jobs.
The honest difference: with a lead site, Orivant owns the site and you rent the flow. With your own website, you own everything.
Hi, this is Lakeside Home Services. Sorry we missed your call — we're on a job. What do you need, and where are you? We'll call you back shortly.
Need a quote for a basement reno in Whitby.
Thanks! We'll call you within the hour.
Fictional business, for illustration — missed-call text-back in action.
Lead sites — rent the jobs.
A lead site is a local website we build and own, built to rank for one trade in one town — the searches people make when they need the work done now. When it produces an enquiry, the enquiry goes to the local operator who rents the site. You never buy a website; you rent the work it brings.
STEP 1 · FREE TRIAL
The first leads are free
When a lead site starts producing enquiries, the first ones go to the operator free — judge the model on real jobs asking for you, not on promises.
STEP 2 · PER-LEAD
Pay per enquiry
Once you've seen real work come in, enquiries are charged per lead. You pay for the flow, and only for the flow — no flow, nothing to pay for.
STEP 3 · MONTHLY RENT
One flat rent
Once the flow is proven, a flat monthly rent replaces per-lead charging — the site keeps ranking and sending work, and the cost stays predictable.
In the field
Live
Mobile welding — Thunder Bay, Ontario
A lead and referral site built and owned by Orivant, covering the searches welding customers actually make — trailer breakdowns, aluminum boat repair, broken-bolt removal — and passing each request to a local welder.
In build
Sewer & trenchless — Cornwall, Ontario
The first site in our sewer & trenchless vertical, built and owned by Orivant the same way. The operating partner is chosen once the demand is live — the leads come first, the terms after.
Your own website — own the asset.
Every site is built around calls and enquiries, and everything is registered in your name. We don't publish package prices: what your business needs depends on the work it's missing, so your price is quoted per engagement, in writing, before anything starts. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.

Questions, answered.
Lead site or my own website — which should I choose?
If Orivant runs a lead site in your trade and town, renting it is the fastest way to get enquiries — you pay for the flow, and Orivant owns and maintains the site. If you want an asset that's yours — your domain, your files, your Google profile — your own website is the one you own outright. Some operators start on a lead site and add their own site once the work is flowing.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Hosting, security, backups, your included edits, keeping your Google profile current, and the enquiry tools your site runs — review texts, missed-call text-back and a monthly calls-and-leads report. You can see exactly what we did each month.
What if I cancel?
Give notice any time. We hand over your site files, your domain stays in your name, and we make sure your Google profile stays yours.
I'm not a trade — can you still build my site?
Yes. The service was shaped around trades and home services, but the same package — fast site, Google profile, enquiry flow, one monthly plan — fits most local and growing businesses. Ask on the call.
Your website should be bringing you work, not homework.
