Client data in engagements

Data you share during an engagement is used only to deliver that engagement, accessed with the minimum permissions needed, and governed by our written agreement with you. Your data is never used to train AI models, and we configure third-party model providers accordingly.

We use a small number of providers to run this site and our business (for example website hosting, email and, if enabled, a form-processing service). They process data only on our behalf.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it.
